"16 South", a feature film written by Texas Writer Producer and Actress, Hope Kelley, is now in pre-production in the San Antonio/Austin area.
Directed by Jeffrey Travis, "16 South" has thus far cast the legendary Barry Corbin, (No Country for Old Men, Modern Family, The Closer, One Tree Hill, and so many more), Luke Benward ("How to Eat Fried Worms", "Dear John", When We Were Soldiers") has been cast to play 18 year old Daniel Champion.
Danielle Campbell ("The Prom", "StarStruck") has been cast as 18 year old Katie Baker.
Hope Kelley, Daniel DeWitt, Aarron Benward, Tom Dvorak, Matthew Ziff and Lorraine Bencivengo Ziff have also been cast in various roles, with other principal roles being cast shortly.
An exciting soundtrack is also attached to the film. Some of the soundtrack artists already committed to the soundtrack include; Michael McDonald, Aaron Benward, Thomas Dvorak, Daniel DeWitt, with others in negotiations to follow.
